Research & Development
Manatec established its in-house R&D division in 1987. The Vision of our R&D is to:
- Design and develop Next Generation technology in Automotive after market
- Design and develop import substitute products
Range of garage equipments were designed indigenously over the last 35 years. Manatec’s in-house R&D facility is spread over 10,000 Sq. Ft with electronics, mechanical, software and hardware engineers. 
All the products are designed and validated by the R&D team indigenously with proprietary software, hardware and electronics design. The software of Wheel Aligner and Wheel Balancer has been copy right protected.
Manatec invests approx. 7% of its annual turnover in Research & Development every year. Currently Manatec is working in designing advanced wheel alignment systems using latest technology, AC recycling systems and automotive electronic components.
CE Marking:
All the products are designed and developed in our R&D Centre to conform to International quality requirements. Wheel Aligners, Wheel Balancers, and Gas & Smoke analysers are already CE certified. Manatec wheel aligners are also certified by the Russian Homologation agency for exports to Russian customs union comprising Russia, Ukraine, Belarus &Kazakhstan.
OEM co-operation :
Manatec has established successful OEM co-operation with global brands to supply customised products to suit their markets and specifications.
DSIR recognition:
Manatec R&D is formally recognised by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt of India.
